How to Save a Lot of Money When Visiting Patagonia

Come BS with us as we explore Patagonia. Topics include great budget savvy ways to spend your time when visiting Punta Arenas, Puerto Natales, El Calafate, El Chaltén , Bariloche, and San Martín de los Andes. Of course, we also talk about visiting Torres del Paine and Perito Moreno glacier! Just two sassy, honest, and funny travelers doing their thing….

Thanks for your patience as we were off the grid in the Cook Islands and had to deal with New Zealand’s ancient internet rules (needing costly vouchers and only given brief allotments of free wifi). Now in Sydney, our fifth continent on this RTW, we will be posting all the great budget savvy travel posts and vlogs that we have worked on in the last 50 days!

  1. Loved this video…I really should have taken notes throughout so i could remember all my comments, and also to better refer to the towns you spoke about!! A couple things that stood out to me were the calving videos (really really awesome!)…thanks for spending all that time videoing so you could capture that special moment (also p.s. does Harry get distracted easily when someone yells “Squirrel!!”). Loved loved LOVED the video walking down the hiking path (where the path was right outside your accommodation). Those views were to die for. I’d love to hike there so much!! Lastly, my special request. There was a photo that popped on the screen and ended too quickly to really get a good look. Any way you’d consider posting that somewhere? Looked like maybe it was a back shot of the two of you looking into a sunset??
Thanks always for great entertainment 😀

    1. Thanks for all your wonderful feedback! We love it! El Chaltén was amazing and I would imagine you would love, love, love that part of Patagonia. Also, I will try to get that photo for you. It was taken lakeside in San Martin de los Andes! (We noticed it did go by kinda quick!)
